Please Note: By their very nature a warranty does not cover defects other than those caused by the manufacturer or materials. Defects caused by animals, abuse or misuse are not covered by any warranty. Midwest brand products have a one (1) year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty for defects from improper workmanship and/or material. A copy of this warranty is
included with each product. Important: For warranty service from Midwest follow the instructions provided in the warranty. Do not contact Itasca Pet Products for Midwest warranty service. We will gladly refund your purchase price, not including shipping costs, on all products returned unopened and/or unused within 14 days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply and will be charged at the time you are issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. All products are shipped directly from the manufacturer via Federal Express or UPS Ground only. We are unable to provide express shipping. The majority of orders ship within 3-5 days. Depending upon shipping volume it may take a bit longer. All online orders will be notified when the item(s) ship and will be provided the appropriate tracking number(s).
